Mr. Dustin McGrath served as a Technical Proposal Writer and Capture Manager for Federal Prime Contractors prior to his role at FedGenius. His experience includes numerous successful bid responses to Federal Design-Build, Renovation and Multi-Disciplined Architectural-Engineering projects that exceeded multi-million dollar awards. Mr. McGrath is a proud Texan and University of Texas alumn. As a leader of FedGenius, his priorities include quality customer service and product delivery.

Kenneth Kurk, Chief of Research and Development
U.S. Air Force Retired | Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Aerospace Science

Mr. Kenneth Kurk has over 15 years of experience in the Federal Sector that includes hundreds of bid responses, government meetings and negotiations for construction projects. He has been recognized as an award winning entrepreneur and keynote speaker in collaborative efforts with Government professionals. Mr. Kurk retired from active duty with the U.S. Air Force in 2006 and completed studies in Aerospace Science. His responsibilities include leading the development of FedGenius “Toolbox” products.

Jaynee Alvarez, Regional Marketing Manager | South Central and Mountain West Regions
Southwestern Adventist University – Public Relations & Advertising

Ms. Alvarez develops and manages client relationships while leading key marketing initiatives including social media, advertising and corporate recognition awards. After completing a successful internship in 2008. Ms Alvarez was recruited to join the team full-time after graduating with a Public Relations and Advertising degree from Southwestern Adventist University. Her creative marketing efforts have directly contributed to company awards and recognition through various media publications which have led to significant revenue growth.

Victoria Nguyen, Regional Marketing Manager | Pacific West and Great Plains Regions

Ms. Nguyen develops and manages client relationships while leading key marketing initiatives including conference events and strategic projects to enhance corporate presence. She is currently enrolled in an MBA program with undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from the University of North Texas. Her precision guided marketing efforts have directly led to strengthening relationships with key Government officials and made a positive economic impact on contractors through her management of FedGenius training seminars.

Kayla Wagner, Regional Marketing Manager | Southeast and Midwest Regions

Ms. Wagner develops and manages client relationships while leading key marketing initiatives including orchestrating Public Relations events and development of FedGenius editorials. She earned a degree in Public relations from Northwestern State prior to joining FedGenius. Her diligent marketing efforts have directly led to effectively communicating our corporate capabilities which in return has led to new business channels.
